Lightroom post-color matching tutorial: how to brighten the color of the picture in Lightroom post-processing?

I took a photo with poor light, but what should I do if the photo is dark and unsightly? It's very simple, just use Lightroom for later color matching. If not, then follow us to color down, and post-processing will make the picture color brighter ~

LR post-processing brightens the picture color;

1. First, open LR software and import pictures.

2. Exposure correction. Accurate exposure is the premise of taking good photos. Visually, the original image is underexposed. As shown below, the exposure slider is pulled to the position of+1.6. Visual exposure is basically accurate, slightly overexposed, but deliberately overexposed brings out a slightly fresh effect.

3. Adjust the color temperature. Visually, the color temperature of the original image is low and light, and the color reproduction is not very real, which may be the reason for the inaccurate white balance. As shown in the figure below, the color temperature is adjusted to 4800, and the color tone remains unchanged.

3. Black level adjustment. Reduce the contrast between the bright and dark parts of the picture appropriately, and adjust the blackness from 5 to 3. The principle is equivalent to brightening the dark part.

4. Adjust the brightness saturation. It's a little heavier here to make the colors brighter. As shown in the figure below, the brightness and saturation are increased by 5 points respectively. Be careful when adjusting brightness saturation. If you look at too many colors, you may feel uncomfortable.

5. Tone adjustment. Visually, the original color looks basically comfortable, so the tone changes little, but the red tone is slightly adjusted. Make the photo look fuller.

6. Adjust the saturation brightness. Personally, I don't think it is necessary to adjust here. The color of the original film is basically satisfactory. Not every option requires color adjustment. Just look pleasing to the eye naturally.

7. color separation. Personally, I like to add a little blue to the highlights and stay still in the dark. Everyone can have their own style, there is no best way to adjust, as long as the color is comfortable.

8. Add dark corners. Personally, I think that appropriately increasing the dark angle can highlight the brightness of the central subject of the photo and make the photo more tunnel-like.

9. Correct dark corners. It looks more natural to feather the dark corners properly here.

10. Polishing the details. Different from PS, LR only has general polishing, which reduces the appropriate adjustment of variegated options, but too much adjustment will affect sharpness. Proper adjustment can make the picture look softer.

1 1. Exit. Basically completed, just exported and saved in JPG format.
