Legal analysis: Generally speaking, the hotel is not liable unless it can be proved that the hotel participated in the act. As for rapists, according to the specific circumstances, they will be sentenced to more than three years in prison, 10 years. Under any of the following circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death:

(1) Rape a woman or rape a young girl, and the circumstances are vile.

(2) raping a woman or raping a number of young girls.

(3) raping a woman in public in a public place.

(four) gang rape of two or more people.

(5) Causing serious injury, death or other serious consequences to the victim.

Article 236 Whoever rapes a woman by violence, coercion or other means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than 10 years.

Whoever rapes a girl under the age of 14 shall be given a heavier punishment for rape.

Whoever rapes a woman or rapes a young girl under any of the following circumstances shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death:

(a) Rape of women and young girls;

(2) raping a woman or a number of young girls;

(3) raping a woman or a young girl in public in a public place;

(four) gang rape of more than two people;

(5) raping a young girl under the age of ten or causing harm to a young girl;

(6) Causing serious injury, death or other serious consequences to the victim.

Article 241, paragraph 2, whoever buys a trafficked woman and forcibly has sexual relations with her shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 236 of this Law.

Article 259, paragraph 2, whoever uses his power to coerce others to rape a soldier's wife shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 236 of this Law.

Article 300 The third paragraph of the article organizes and uses cult organizations or superstitions to rape women and defraud property, and shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Articles 236 and 266 of this Law respectively.
