1. When the wireless router is plugged in, don't connect the room network cable first, and connect the computer to any LAN port of the wireless router;

3. Set according to dynamic IP mode;

4. Set the SSID, encryption method and password;

5. Save and restart;

6. After the setup is completed, connect the network cable of the room to the WAN port of the wireless router.

If wireless AP mode is used, the input network cable is connected to the LAN port of the router. The local IP address of the router (that is, the management address you said) should be in the same network segment as the IP of the access network. It happens that the local IP address of your router is192.168.1.253, which is in the same network segment. At the same time, turn off the DHCP service of the router. Wireless Internet access settings can be set according to routines, so I won't go into details. This way, your Internet access equipment can wirelessly access the Internet through this router.

It should be noted here that in wireless AP mode, you need to set a local IP address for the router (here,192.168.1.253), which cannot be duplicated with the IP of other devices on the network. The possibility of repeating reading still exists. In addition, you must assign an IP address to access the Internet through this router working in AP mode. Maybe that's why people put your router in routing mode.
