Precautions: passenger line recovery

If the starting and ending points are in low-risk areas, the inter-provincial passenger lines will be resumed. If the starting point is located in the low-risk area of epidemic situation and the ending point is located in the high-risk area of epidemic situation, the one-way inter-provincial passenger line will be temporarily resumed and the return trip will be empty. It is strictly forbidden to pick up and drop off passengers in high-risk areas.

Passenger transport in areas with high and medium risk of epidemic situation

If the starting point is located in the middle and high-risk areas of the epidemic, the inter-provincial chartered passenger transport mode will be adopted temporarily. On the premise of implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, according to the principle of "one car, one policy", the direct transportation of "point-to-point, one stop" will be implemented, and the passenger rate of chartered cars will be strictly controlled within 50%, so that the export (import) will be organized, the hygiene will be monitored, the transportation will be guaranteed, the arrival will be handed over and the whole journey will be traceable.
