What are the requirements for carpet construction?

1) The surface of cement surface (or base) shall be hard, flat, smooth and dry, and there shall be no pits, pits and cracks, and protrusions such as oil stains and nails shall be removed. 2) The sponge pad should be flat and level, and the carpet flat-fell seam does not expose the backing. 3) The laying of the fixed carpet shall meet the following requirements: (1) The metal clips (barbed plates), metal battens and special double-sided tape used for fixing the carpet must meet the design requirements; (2) The laid carpet should be properly tensioned, and the four Zhou Ka bars should be firmly fixed; Doors should be fixed with metal battens; (3) The periphery of the carpet should be inserted into the seam between the card strip and the baseboard; (4) Sticking carpet should be firmly bonded with adhesive at the grass-roots level. 4) The laying of movable carpet shall meet the following requirements: (1) After the carpet is assembled into a whole, it shall be laid directly on a clean floor, and the periphery of the carpet shall be tucked under the skirting line; (2) The joints of different types of building floors should be convergent according to the design requirements; (3) laying a small square carpet, and the squares should be closely attached. 5) The variety, specification, color, design and color, rubber compound, auxiliary materials and materials of carpet must meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current national carpet product standards. 6) Carpet surface should be smooth, flat-fell seam should be pasted firmly, and the pattern should be consistent. 7) There should be no bulging, wrinkling, warping, curling, flat-fell seam, exposed reinforcement and no burr on the carpet surface. The suede should be smooth and flat, and the carpet surface should be clean, pollution-free and undamaged. 8) The seams, convergent points, walls and columns around the carpet and other surface layers should be straight and tight for reference only.
