Where does Panchong Community belong?

Panchong Community is located in the core area of Balihe Nature Reserve, a provincial wetland nature reserve, facing the natural lake and neighboring the town government in the north. It is formed by merging three villages, namely, Yuanpanchong, Liu Ying and Zhaoying. It covers an area of 6 square kilometers, governs 18 natural villages and 16 18 households with a total population of 73 people. National AAAA-level scenic spots-Balihe Scenic Area, Rare Bird Farm, Balihe Hotel, Central Grain Station, Convenience Service Center, Family Planning Office, Finance Office, Traffic Control Station, Agricultural Power Station, Substation, Police Station, Judicial Office, Court, Telecom Company, Mobile Company, Credit Union and many other units are located in Panchong Community. Convenient transportation and obvious location advantages. Around the development of eco-tourism, the tertiary industry has become a leading industry in the community, with more than 50 retail stalls/kloc-0, more than 20 specialty restaurants and more than 200 employees. Livestock and poultry breeding and characteristic agriculture developed rapidly. There are 2 large-scale pig farms, 3 chicken farms and 3 cattle farms in the community, with an annual output value of 2.6 million yuan. Pollution-free rice planting area is 7000 mu, strawberry planting area in greenhouse is 126 mu, sugarcane planting area is 200 mu, and water bamboo planting area is 260 mu. In 2007, the GDP of Panchong community was 35 million yuan, and the per capita net income was 4,785 yuan. There are two primary schools in the community. Based on the development of community industry and the present situation of economy and society, the Party branch and neighborhood committee of Panchong Community have established the development ideas and construction goals of excavating "farmhouse" rural tourism and developing characteristic agricultural industrialization, and gradually built Panchong Community into an eco-tourism base and an eco-rural model, playing a leading role in the construction of new countryside in the town.

Panchong Community is adjacent to Madian Community, Dongshilipu Community, Renli Village, Shaowei Village, Zhugang Village, Wangxinzhuang Village, Wan Tai Village, Youhu Village, Han Ying Village and Fisherman Community.

On September 23rd, 20 19, Panchong Community was recognized as the first batch of key demonstration villages in beautiful countryside.

There are tourist attractions such as Balihe Scenic Spot in Yingshang County, Yingshang Ming and Qing Garden, Wulihu Ecological Wetland Park, Ditch Ecological Tourism Scenic Spot, Yingshang Youjiayuan and so on near Panchong Community, and there are specialty products such as Balihe stupid duck eggs, Yingshang rice, ancient city clay figurines, Guanzhong wine and Balihe brand rice.
