Whether full-time or part-time, this is forbidden in Hong Kong. So generally speaking, we don't invite them. It is not clear whether there are illegal workers. But Macao can be considered. Macao will invite mainlanders. Wages are not as high as those in Hong Kong, but they are several times higher than those in the Mainland. Most importantly, it is legal. There is a kind of "blue card" in Macao, which is allowed and specially opened for migrant workers.
