Compensation standards for hotels requisitioned due to the epidemic in Shaanxi

During the period of hotel use, the compensation standard for expropriated hotels is calculated based on the daily occupancy rate: if the occupancy rate exceeds 65%, the compensation fee is calculated based on the actual number of rooms used. If the occupancy rate is less than 65%, the compensation fee will be calculated based on 65% of the number of rooms. During the vacancy period, the compensation fee will be calculated based on 45% of the number of rooms.

Requisitioned hotels should submit the required materials for compensation application. The district health bureau will review and confirm the number of days of hotel requisition, the actual number of rooms requisitioned per day, and the number of rooms used in settlement. The district housing and urban construction bureau will approve the specific compensation plan. The government portal website will publish the announcement within 5 working days. When the public notice period expires, the district Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau shall apply in writing to the district government for the allocation of compensation funds. After the district government approves the application, the district Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau shall make a compensation decision within 3 working days and notify the recipients.

The district Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau applies to the district finance department for the allocation of compensation funds, and the district finance department pays the compensation funds directly to the bank account provided by the compensated person through centralized payment from the treasury.
