Jiezi Ancient Town is located at the foot of Fengqi Mountain in chongzhou city, about 82 kilometers away from Chengdu. The ancient town has a history of thousands of years, with beautiful mountains and rivers, antique streets and alleys, and Yan Guang Temple, an ancient temple in the Jin Dynasty, which retains the strong charm of the ancient town in southwest China in the Qing Dynasty.
There are six streets centered on Jiangcheng Street in the ancient town, most of which are ancient buildings left over from the middle and late Qing Dynasty. Residential layout, single eaves and blue tiles, front shop and backyard, simple and exquisite architecture. There are all kinds of shops on both sides of the street, selling soup, biscuits and other ancient town specialties. You might as well buy one and eat it while walking.
At the end of the street is a font tower made of stone strips, stone piers and blue bricks. Font library is a special facility for storing and burning font paper. Jiezi font library was built in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty, and there are operas such as Legend of the White Snake and Landscape Flowers embossed on the outer wall. It is the only exquisite font in western Sichuan.
Fengqi Mountain next to the town is densely wooded, and there are 32 temples and other historical sites centered on Yan Guang Temple. Yan Guang Buddhist Temple was founded in the Jin Dynasty, and there is Hongwu Nanzang in the temple, which is the only printed version of Buddhist classics.

Fengqi Mountain, formerly known as Fengqi Mountain, is located in the west of Tianzi Mountain in the middle and low mountainous area of Chongzhou, Sichuan, and is named after the shape of the rock like a phoenix head. Historically, it was once one of the scenic spots of Qingcheng Mountain 108, and it has been called "Hidden Dragon and Phoenix" since ancient times.
