Can I book a plane ticket without a car or hotel voucher?

Tickets and hotels booked on Ctrip can be cancelled.

Ticket cancellation:

1. Submit a deferred order: No matter what payment method, you can directly find the corresponding order in the "Air Ticket Order" under "My Ctrip" on the Internet, and click "Cancel Order"; ?

2. Submit an instant order: When the order status shows "Issued" or "Completed", you cannot cancel the order online or by phone. You can apply for a refund, but it may cause some losses. ?

Hotel cancellation:

You can cancel the order through the online "My Ctrip-Hotel Order" interface before the latest cancellation and modification time corresponding to the order, or call Ctrip Hotel Reservation Department to ask the staff to cancel the reservation for you.
