Haikou City adjusts the management measures for people coming from outside the province (returning) to Haikou as follows:

1. Those who have high risk within 7 days or refer to high-risk control areas (Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, Persons coming (returning) to Haikou with a history of residence in Qinghai Province, Fuzhou City in Fujian Province, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Suihua City in Heilongjiang Province, Zhengzhou City in Henan Province, etc.) will be subject to landing inspection upon arrival at Haikou airports, docks and other checkpoints, and shall implement 7-day centralized isolation medical observation and health management measures, including a nucleic acid test on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days. 2. For Chongqing central urban areas (including Shapingba District, Jiulongpo District, Jiangbei District, Yubei District, Yuzhong District, Banan District, Nan'an District, Liangjiang New District, Beibei District, Da Dukou District) and Dazu District, Wanzhou District, Nanchuan District, Tongliang District, etc., Lanzhou City in Gansu Province, Guangyuan City in Sichuan Province, Zhuzhou City in Hunan Province, Datong City in Shanxi Province, Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, Tibet Autonomous Region, People coming (and returning) to Haikou from Wuhan City in Hubei Province, Xinzhou City in Shanxi Province, Shantou City in Guangdong Province, and Guangzhou City will be subject to landing inspection upon arrival at Haikou airports, docks and other checkpoints, and will implement 3-day centralized isolation medical observation and health management measures. , after completing 3 days of centralized isolation, continue to conduct strict home (hotel) health monitoring for 4 days, and complete nucleic acid testing at a frequency of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 days each. The management period starts from the date of leaving the key epidemic-related areas, and any less than 7 days will be filled in.
