Brief introduction of Nishan holy land

Nishan Holy Land is located in Qufu Nishan Provincial Cultural Tourism Resort, which was jointly developed by Qufu City and Wuxi Lingshan Industrial Co., Ltd., with a core area of 154.8 hectares and a planned construction scale of 258,000 square meters. Nishan Holy Land is generally positioned as a "cultural cultivation resort" and will be built into a compound cultural holiday industrial complex integrating cultural experience, leisure tourism, eco-tourism and leisure vacation. The planning of Nishan Holy Land has passed the expert review. According to this plan, the whole project includes "one heart, one lake, one belt and three groups". "One Heart" refers to the Confucius Temple and the statue of Confucius, "One Lake" refers to nishan reservoir, "One Belt" refers to the theme cultural recreation area around the lake, and "Three Groups" refers to the Shanshui Academy community, the international study community and the international community community.

Nishan Holy Land is divided into three phases: the core area of the first phase is located in the north of nishan reservoir, and the construction projects include Confucius Temple, Confucius Statue, Nishan Confucius Temple, Zhishui Academy, Farming and Reading Institute, etc. (The first phase of the core scenic spot project will cost 3 billion yuan), and the second phase will include Xianlin Academy, Renshan Academy, the global Confucius Institute Alliance Base, and the ecological leisure belt around the lake. The third stage will mainly focus on the south side of nishan reservoir, and the commencement of Nishan Holy Land marks a key step in the construction of Qufu's "New Three Holes" project, which is expected to further extend the stay time of tourists from Qufu and even Shandong.

For the cultural tourism planning project of Nishan Holy Land in Qufu City, Mr. Liu Jianhua, a famous domestic creative planner, was hired to plan the Nishan Resort as a whole, and on this basis, AECOM of the United States and Beijing Land Landscape Planning and Design Institute were hired to plan it. The overall plan is "one ring and five districts", namely, the theme cultural recreation belt around the lake, the Confucian temple sacrifice area, the international study camp, the Shanshui Academy cultivation area, the eco-agricultural farming experience area and the international cultural life community. The project planning follows five principles: respecting the landscape inheritance pattern, innovating the holiday community model, shaping the cultural industry benchmark, integrating and cultivating the leisure experience of talents, and promoting the construction of characteristic towns, and strives to build a scenic resort with oriental artistic conception and a compound cultural holiday industry complex.

The total investment of Nishan Holy Land Project is 654.38+000 billion yuan (including infrastructure investment), of which the first phase of the core scenic spot project to be launched is 3 billion yuan, and the construction contents include Confucius statue, Confucius Temple, farming and reading institute, Luyuan community and tourism supporting facilities.

After the first phase of the 20 15 project is put into operation, the total annual tourism income can reach 300 million yuan, and the total income of the whole park is nearly 2 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, it will completely change the development pattern of cultural tourism industry in Qufu, Jining, become a new benchmark for the development of cultural tourism industry in Shandong, and will certainly play a positive leading and exemplary role in the development of cultural tourism industry in the whole province.
