Steps of making sauced duck:

1. Slaughter ducks, hang them and drain them.

2, buy 2, 3 packets of soy sauce (just buy bags of Populus euphratica brand soy sauce, the price is cheap, this kind of soy sauce is used for sauced ducks in hotels), add a spoonful of sugar, a little cinnamon, spiced, fragrant leaves (where the market buys dry goods). Let it cool thoroughly after boiling.

3. Soak the duck in soy sauce for 3 days (soy sauce will be salty if it is not soaked for a long time). Take it out to dry.

Soy sauce can be reused twice.
