Route suggestion 1

Yu He Old Road Ruins (Dongcheng Section)-Nanluoguxiang-Nanyang Gongxiang Collection-Niannian Journey

Walking time: one day

Yugudao Site (Dongcheng Section)

Yu He Old Road (Dongcheng Section) site is located at the south exit of Dongbuyaqiao Hutong to the west exit of Maoer Hutong. During the archaeological excavation in 2007, a number of important sites were excavated and cleared, such as Yuhe River and its dikes, Dongbuya Bridge and Yu He Temple. Most of the sites are river relics, mainly stony, well-preserved, and the remains of Ming and Qing Dynasties are superimposed.

Dongyabi Bridge was built in the 18th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1420). Formerly known as Bad Bridge or Bad Bridge, it was renamed Ya Bu Bridge after the Republic of China. In 1950s, the river channel was changed into an underground pipeline and an alley, which was called Dongbuyaqiao Hutong. In 2006, Dongcheng District began to excavate, protect and develop the Heyu River, and this century-old Dongbuya Bridge was rediscovered.

Yu He Temple, located on the east side of the ancient pier, is a small temple dedicated to the nearby He Yuhe River. It was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, and now only the ruins of Yu He Temple Gate, stone tablets and the foundations of the East and West Halls are left. Now it has become Feng Chun College. This 600-year-old Beijing Second Hospital is antique, tree-lined, with a strong cultural atmosphere, and exudes the charm of old Beijing everywhere.

Feng Chun University is committed to promoting reading and enjoying cultural life for all people, creating high-quality and comfortable reading space for readers and tourists, and enriching people's spiritual culture while entertaining. Indulge in books from online celebrity bookstores and enjoy peace and beauty in antique quadrangles.

Now, the old road site of He Yuhe (Dongcheng section) has gradually restored the old road landscape according to the plan of "repairing the old as the old", and some of the original river banks have been reserved for cultural relics display. The buildings on both sides of the river restored the historical features of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The 700-year-old Grain Rain River is located on the north side of Ping 'an Avenue, which reproduces the historical landscape of "water passing through streets and lanes".

Nanluoguxiang

Nanluoguxiang is included in 25 old city protected areas, with a total length of 786 meters. It was built in the same period of the Yuan Dynasty and is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Beijing, famous for its well-preserved hutongs and quadrangles.

Nanluoguxiang runs north and south, with hutong as the central axis, and there are 8 hutongs with their own characteristics in the east and west. Every hutong is neatly arranged, and there are many celebrities' former residences in the hutong. Here, you can not only blend into the historical customs of old Beijing, but also enjoy fashionable and modern cultural services. Wandering in this "original ecological" ancient street in Beijing, every hutong has a rich cultural accumulation, and every house is telling an ancient story.

Nanyang gongxiang chicken

The new "punching place for network celebrities" at No.6 Nanyang Hutong is Nanyang Gongxiang, which used to be the place where China Foreign Performance Company audited performances, including stage, dressing room, office and canteen.

Nowadays, it is a multi-format cultural community integrating theater, cultural and creative workshop, commerce, residence and other functions. Here, with drama as the core, cultural activities such as reading sharing, art exhibition, music performance, cultural and creative display, experimental performance, and cultural performances have been carried out.

Annual trip

As soon as you turn in from Bait Hutong, you will see a desirable journey. This hotel created by sharing and spring breeze is like a three-dimensional magazine on the street. The enjoyment space on the first floor is designed around the reading experience. Large floor-to-ceiling windows depict the vivid pictures of hutongs outside the window in real time. People who ride by occasionally will feel that they are in a movie.

Miss Travel focuses on excellent reading materials, combines "creating travel life content" with "accommodation space", takes "reading space" as the design concept, and closely combines the characteristics and space of paper reading materials to create immersive experience scenes and accommodation space.

This old street, which was formed in the early Ming Dynasty, was named after many workshops for polishing bronzes and stone tools. Located on the east side of the north entrance of Qianmen Street and the east entrance of Chongwenmenwai Street, it was once one of the longest hutongs in Beijing. With Simi Hutong as the boundary, it is divided into east and west Mill Street. Now, East Mill Street no longer exists due to road reconstruction, and only West Mill Street is reserved.

At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Ximaochang Street, Xihe Street, Xianyukou and Dashilan were called "the four commercial streets outside Qianmen". In the past hundred years, countless guilds, hotels, restaurants, banks, banks, post offices, pharmacies and so on. On Ximofang Street, the former sites of Yicheng Hotel in the late Qing Dynasty, Ruihua Dyeing House and Linfen Guild Hall in the Ming Dynasty grew and disappeared successively. The grand occasion of that year can be seen.

Caohutong group

Caochang Hutong Group is a key historical and cultural protection area, and Caochangheng Hutong passes through the middle and is divided into south area and north area. This is one of the best preserved old hutongs in Beijing. In the Ming dynasty, this area used to be a reed garden, where many workshops and owners engaged in mat weaving gathered, hence the name "grass factory". In the middle and late Qing Dynasty, Li Sanhe, which was no longer used as a flood discharge channel, was buried and covered with houses. Most houses are built along the river, and then gradually form a group of alleys that conform to the north-south direction of the river.

In the historical evolution, many fellow villagers and business halls have formed in the grassland. After the Republic of China, with the abolition of the imperial examination system and social changes, the guild hall gradually withdrew from the historical stage. Although the traditional function of the guild hall no longer exists, the historical culture and local memory carried by the guild hall in its evolution have become an important part of China's traditional culture.

Sanlihe Park

Sanlihe Park, built in Qianmen Sanlihe River, is the oldest water park in old Beijing, and is known as the "Zhengyang Waterscape", one of the new 16 scenes in Beijing. Walking into Sanlihe Park, I immediately felt very different. Qianmen Street, which was bustling just now, suddenly became an unusually clean place.

There are many cultural relics protection buildings in my path has wound, through a sheltered hollow, such as Jiangxi Xinjian Guild Hall, Jiangxi Fengcheng Guild Hall, Anhui Jingxian Guild Hall and Fujian Tingzhou Guild Hall South Guild Hall. Visitors can learn about Qianmen's historic guild hall culture and unique hutong culture during the trip. In summer, Chai Fei, a small bridge with flowing water, blue bricks and gray tiles, and a 600-meter-long meandering river recorded too many memories of the older generation and carried too many expectations of contemporary people.

Pigment club

Following the murmur of Li Sanhe and the mottled brick road, you will see a simple theater, which is the representative place of the "Theater Hall" series of performances-the paint hall. The guild hall is located in Qingyun Hutong, Lu Chao Garden, Sanlihe River. It was built by Shanxi pigment and tung oil merchants in the Ming Dynasty. It has a history of more than 400 years. After many repairs, it has become one of the few well-preserved Shanxi merchants' halls in Beijing.

It is a unique characteristic space in Beijing and has a natural origin with drama performance. "The play is in Beijing and the play is in the hall". After the renovation, the Pigment Hall became the first in the front door. According to the architectural and spatial characteristics of the old site, a series of performances will be held in the museum, which will be performed for citizens and friends every Friday and Saturday (the performances have been suspended recently due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control), so that everyone can enjoy the "slow life" created by traditional art.

"Shuxiang World Industry" Cultural Block

Through the fireworks-filled Xianyukou Food Street, I came to Nanxiaoshun Hutong, with blue bricks and gray tiles on both sides and Shi Zhuan at my foot. Bamboo chairs and green flowers are scattered on both sides. This is the cultural theme block of "scholarly world industry", with an area of 10000 square meters. This is an immersive cultural experience space, with landscapes to see, products to play, stories to feel and space to experience.

Here, you can feel all kinds of themes.
