It is also a poem that everyone yearns for and a distant life to wake up in the flowers and birds and eat their own fruits and vegetables every day.

At noon, the host family invited me to have lunch together. Locals mainly eat pasta. Then simply cut it into strips with scissors. Noodles are labeled with ingredients such as vegetables, and must be accompanied by local strong Shanxi mature vinegar and homemade peppers.

There are many such traditional houses in Pingyao ancient city. Although the accommodation is not as good as the newly renovated hotels and inns, it is the best way to experience the local traditional customs. Living in local people's homes, understanding local people's living habits and experiencing local people's living environment, such a trip is more real.
