Will hotels expropriated by the government be compensated?
1. Apply for the negotiated price of the hotel room. According to the equipment of hotel facilities and the charging standard approved by the price department, both parties agree on the daily compensation standard of each room as the negotiated price for requisitioning rooms;
2. Compensation method. During the use of the hotel, if the number of hotel rooms used exceeds 50% of the total number of rooms, compensation will be given according to the actual number of hotel rooms used; If the number of used hotel rooms is less than or equal to 50% of the total number of rooms, compensation shall be paid according to 50% of the total number of hotel rooms. During the vacant period of the hotel, compensation will be given according to 30% of the total number of rooms requisitioned.
The application for expropriation must meet the following conditions:
1, which must be based on emergency needs such as emergency rescue and disaster relief, epidemic prevention and control;
2, must be strictly in accordance with the statutory authority for collection;
3. Expropriation must be carried out in strict accordance with legal procedures; /4. Give fair and reasonable compensation to the expropriated person.
Legal basis:
"Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land" Article 8 In order to safeguard national security, promote national economic and social development and other public interests, if it is really necessary to expropriate houses under any of the following circumstances, the people's government of the city or county shall make a decision on house expropriation:
(a) the needs of national defense and diplomacy;
(two) the needs of the government organization and implementation of energy, transportation, water conservancy and other infrastructure construction;
(three) the needs of public utilities such as science and technology, education, culture, health, sports, environmental and resource protection, disaster prevention and mitigation, cultural relics protection, social welfare, and municipal utilities organized and implemented by the government;
(four) the needs of the construction of affordable housing projects organized and implemented by the government;
(five) the needs of the old city reconstruction organized and implemented by the government according to the relevant provisions of the Urban and Rural Planning Law;
(six) the needs of other public interests as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 245 Due to emergency needs such as emergency rescue and disaster relief, epidemic prevention and control, organizations and individuals may be requisitioned for real estate or movable property according to law in accordance with the authority and procedures prescribed by law. The expropriated real estate or chattel shall be returned to the expropriated person after use. If an organization or individual's real estate or chattel is expropriated or damaged or lost after expropriation, compensation shall be given.
