Yes, the government's compensation method for requisitioning hotels is as follows:

1. Apply for the negotiated price of the hotel room. According to the equipment of hotel facilities and the charging standard approved by the price department, both parties agree on the daily compensation standard of each room as the negotiated price for requisitioning rooms;

2. Compensation method. During the use of the hotel, if the number of hotel rooms used exceeds 50% of the total number of rooms, compensation will be given according to the actual number of hotel rooms used; If the number of used hotel rooms is less than or equal to 50% of the total number of rooms, compensation shall be paid according to 50% of the total number of hotel rooms. During the vacant period of the hotel, compensation will be given according to 30% of the total number of rooms requisitioned.

The application for expropriation must meet the following conditions:
