What is an annual inspection hotel?

A hotel company must undergo an annual review when it is put into use for a certain period of time. The hotel's annual inspection requires the following seven types of information:

1. Application for annual inspection of health license.

2. Original health examination and training certificate and "health license" for employees.

3. On-site supervision and acceptance records.

4. Product testing qualification report.

5. Products approved by the Ministry of Health and the Department of Health shall provide valid approval certificates, approval documents, and copies of production licenses (food production enterprises).

6. Other materials required by the health administrative department in accordance with the law.
