Mituo Temple in Taihu County, Anhui Province is located in Tommy Town in the northwest of Taihu County. Before liberation, Mituo Temple was not only the place name of Tomi Town now, but also the name of the temple. According to the Records of Taihu County, Mituo Temple was built in Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty (AD 627), but it was rebuilt and abandoned several times due to wars in previous dynasties.

The famous Wangjiatang is just in front of the temple on the right, only 30 meters away from the temple. This is a natural release pool.
