Application process:

The IC cards issued by Chongqing Public Transport are divided into three categories: ordinary cards, adult and student discount (monthly pass) cards, and free cards. ***Three categories and four types.

(2) Reporting loss

1. If a passenger loses his or her IC card, please bring the valid ID used when purchasing (receiving), the "IC Card Application Registration Form" and the fee in time. 3. (3) Card replacement

If there is a quality problem with the IC card, it will be replaced free of charge; if it is damaged artificially by the passenger, a deposit or a compensation of 25 yuan will be required to replace the card. (4) Card refund

IC cards can be refunded according to passengers’ requirements.
