Zhang Yingcen’s experience is quite legendary. After graduating from high school in 1979, he joined the army. In 1982, he transferred to work in Zhengzhou Sugar and Wine Company. In 1984, he was appointed as the manager of Jinshui District Sugar and Wine Company. Later, he went to sea to run "Tianlun Hotel", making it one of the only five hotels in Zhengzhou. One of the "special first-class stores", it has achieved brilliant results in recovering all investment in the hotel in the year it opened. Just when the hotel business was booming, Zhang Yingcen resolutely sold it and turned to the real estate industry. After more than ten years of development, it has created Tianlun brand in Zhengzhou real estate industry.

In March 2002, the state announced that it would relax restrictions on public utility investment and allow private capital to invest in urban public utilities such as gas, water supply, and sewage treatment. At that time, the government proposed in the 10th Five-Year Plan that it would strive to expand natural gas pipeline infrastructure in the next 10 years. The main project was the construction of a 4,200-kilometer-long pipeline - the West-East Gas Pipeline, with a total investment of approximately 150 billion yuan. .

Zhang Yingcen keenly perceived the business opportunities and quickly registered and established Henan Tianlun Gas Engineering Investment Co., Ltd. to fully enter the gas field. Immediately afterwards, Tianlun struck out with "lightning" and succeeded one after another: in September 2002, it successfully obtained the 30-year exclusive operating right of city gas in Hebi, which can connect nearly 100,000 households; in March 2003, it obtained the 50-year exclusive right to operate the natural gas project in Xuchang City With operating rights, the project can connect approximately 120,000 users. In 2007, it acquired the assets of the original Shangjie District Gas Company and obtained the Shangjie District city gas franchise rights. It established "Zhengzhou Shangjie District Tianlun Gas Co., Ltd." to operate the Zhengzhou Shangjie District city gas business. In 2009, Tianlun Gas signed a property rights transfer agreement with the Puyang High-tech Zone Management Committee and obtained the city gas franchise rights of the High-tech Zone. It established "Puyang Tianlun Gas Thermal Power Co., Ltd." to operate the city gas business of Puyang High-tech Zone.

On November 10, 2010, Tianlun Gas Group was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 1600HK, and was oversubscribed 452 times during the public offering. After opening up the international capital market, Tianlun Gas, which has accumulated a lot of experience, is expanding its business across the country.

In 2011, Tianlun Gas Group has newly acquired Heqi Industrial Cluster Zone, Shangqiu Civil Rights County and Yucheng County in Hebi City, Henan Province, Song County in Luoyang City, Tongyu County and Dunhua City in Jilin Province , Panshi City, Da'an City, Jiutai City, Zhenlai County and Baiyin City in Gansu Province and other urban gas franchise areas.

In 2012, Tianlun Gas Group proposed a strategic upgrade and vigorously developed transportation energy. Marrying with Henan Wanli Transportation Industry, signing a contract with Chongqing Wanzhou Port, and taking Xingtai Transportation Group in the north, we have conquered cities and territories in transportation and energy, and once again set off a new round of expansion.

In 2013, Tianlun Group signed strategic cooperation agreements with Henan Daily, Hunan Daily, Hebei Daily, Jilin Daily and other newspaper groups to jointly build gas filling stations and deploy gas filling stations nationwide Network, committed to building the first brand of clean transportation energy in China.
