The economy and society of the town

The economic construction of Huang Zhang Town has developed rapidly, with the fiscal revenue of nearly 1 100 million yuan and the per capita net income of farmers of 8,000 yuan. There are about 50 enterprises above designated size in Huang Zhang Industrial Park, which have formed traditional pillar industries such as papermaking and sugar processing, food processing, fireworks and firecrackers, sisal and bamboo weaving.

Huang Zhen's urban infrastructure is relatively complete, including waterworks, hospitals, power supply stations, bus stations, hotels, supermarkets, four major markets, information network centers, traffic police squadrons, telecommunications and postal services, department stores, banks and provincial-level units, Dongfang Farm. Modern service facilities such as life, production, consumption, leisure, communication and transportation are complete, and program-controlled mobile phones and broadband networks cover all villages in the town. Urban development and construction started earlier and at a faster speed, with an urban area of 7 square kilometers and a permanent population of 60,000. It is 1984, the first batch of established towns in Guangxi, and a pilot town for the construction of small towns in China. With the continuous progress of culture, education and health, Huang Zhang Cultural Center was awarded the title of "National Advanced Cultural Collective" by the Ministry of Culture. Huangzhang Town is also the only town in Pubei County that was selected as the C-class Town Excellence Award in the "Nanzhu Cup" competition of Guangxi city appearance.

There are four middle schools in Huang Zhen, namely, Huang Zhang Middle School, a key senior middle school in the county, Huangzhang Zhongzhen Middle School in the south of the county, Dongfang Middle School directly under Dongfang Farm and Daping Middle School jointly organized by villages and towns. There are more than 30 full-time primary schools, with more than 0/000 primary and secondary school teachers and 20,000 primary and secondary school students. Huang Zhang Hospital is a comprehensive hospital in the south of the county seat, and a national third-class first-class hospital. Dongfang Hospital is directly under the Dongfang Farm of Guangxi Agricultural Reclamation Bureau, with complete facilities. There are modern residential quarters such as Tianbao, Chengnan, Dongfang and Wenhua, the first square in the county, the spacious and majestic Shiqong Square, the first standard football field in the county, Huangzhangzhongzhen Football Field, the largest department store in Guangxi, Baihui Shopping Center, the tallest building in Qinzhou, and the Oriental Avenue, Huancheng East Road, Huancheng West Road, Huang Zhang Second Bridge, Huang Zhang Middle Bridge and Huangzhang Bridge.
