Content of safety management system

Legal analysis: In order to strengthen the housekeeping work of the unit, ensure the safety and cleanliness of the unit, and maintain the normal work and life order, the following systems are formulated:

A, personnel in and out of safety

(a) actively maintain the normal work and life order of the unit, abide by the law, establish a sense of self-prevention and enhance the sense of responsibility.

1. Do not bring any contraband or dangerous goods into the office;

2. Do not take out the public property of the unit and turn it into your own;

3. Take the initiative to accept the safety supervision and inspection of the doorman security personnel;

(2) The security guards on duty should be polite to foreigners, take the initiative to provide necessary services for visitors and do a good job in reception. (two) the security personnel on duty should always pay attention to the personnel in and out. Security personnel on duty at night should patrol the company within the specified time;

(three) in case of theft, should protect the scene, and immediately report to the relevant leaders of the unit and the public security department.
