What is the development history of Wenzhou awei Lou Hotel?

Everyone in old Wenzhou knows that the Wenzhou Zoo on Jingshan was originally located at the east foot of Gaihua Mountain on Huancheng East Road. In the mid-1980s, there was a large-scale hotel across the street from the zoo, called "Shanwai Building". At that time, the seven-and eight-story building outside the mountain was a magnificent building in Wenzhou. On the left side of this hotel, there is a cooking shop, and the words "economic snacks" are written on the wall, still written in white lime. The store is not big, and the stove is placed on the sidewalk outside the store, but the business is surprisingly hot, and diners come in and out, which is very famous. This is the predecessor of Zhou Zongyou's A Wailou. Perhaps the location of "economic snacks" is not easy to find, and it is too difficult to shout. Diners take the "building outside the mountain" as a symbol and call this shop "short outside the building". As soon as the word spread, it was called "short building", while Zhou Zongyou was easy-going, and people used to call him "Ayou Ayou", so he was busy with business and defaulted to the name of the store.

Later, when Ayou was in industrial and commercial registration, he suddenly felt that the word "short" in this "short building" was a bit indecent, so he took the homonym "A" to register. "Aweilou"-the brand that created the legend of Wenzhou catering industry was born.

The "A Wailou" is getting bigger and bigger. Centering on the old shops around Huancheng East Road, Ayou called the store on Wangjiang Road "East Wailou", the store opposite Xinnan Station "South Wailou" and the store next to Bailu Cinema on Fei Xia North Road "Xin Ai Lou". Ayou has many younger brothers, and the fourth one is Zhou Zongquan, who is called Ah Quan. Quan's business is doing well. In 2005, he also opened an abalone wing restaurant next to "Dong 'e Wailou".

In the 1980s, it was a roadside food stall on Huancheng East Road. Because the founder always goes to the seafood market at two o'clock in the morning, the seafood characteristics have always maintained a high freshness, which has been initially accumulated and recognized by everyone.
