How to establish an account set hotel in Kingdee Standard Edition

Start the client and click Create A/C Set.

Click Start to create.

Enter company information, and then click Create Now.

Account set creation completed.

After waiting for a period of time and displaying it in the account book below the operation, the account set is created.

In daily accounting work, Kingdee software is the most common one in accounting practice. The whole software use process can be divided into three parts:

Today, I will share with you how to create a new account set.

A/C Set Definition: refers to the general term for storing accounting business data files. An A/C set can only store one accounting entity data, that is, a set of accounting data.

New SOB process

1. After logging into the system, click File-New A/C Set in the upper right corner.

2. Enter the name of SOB in the file name.

Save. (Note: the saving location can be modified)

3. Enter the name of account set: it is recommended to enter the full name of the company, because this will be used in all account books, and it will be the company name when printed.

4. Set the industry of the company: please select the industry of the company, select a new accounting standard, and click Details to view the default account of the selected industry template.

If "Don't Create Default Chart of Accounts" is selected, there will be no default account after the SOB is created.

5. The next step is to define the functional currency, which can be modified according to the business needs of the company. We choose RMB by default here.
