After discussion and decision by department leaders, every employee in R&D department needs to participate in the rehearsal of the annual meeting program, without winning the prize, but it needs to reflect the spirit of the department and establish a good department image. The design team leader of the R&D department will take the lead in making specific arrangements, including making rehearsal plans in the later stage, asking teachers to guide the dance, and organizing department members to rehearse.
