The harvest of 20 19 is about to pass, and the hope of 2020 is coming soon. In order to thank everyone for their efforts in the past year, the company plans to hold its annual meeting in Yu Fusheng Resort Hotel, Luofushan, Mianyang, Sichuan on 01-0/2020. After discussion and decision by department leaders, every employee in R&D department needs to participate in the rehearsal of the annual meeting program, without winning the prize, but it needs to reflect the spirit of the department and establish a good department image. The design team leader of the R&D department will take the lead in making specific arrangements, including making rehearsal plans in the later stage, asking teachers to guide the dance, and organizing department members to rehearse. Serious non-cooperation, once found, the performance of the month will be deducted.

2. Project objective: Members complete the rehearsal task of the program, cooperate with each other, improve team cohesion, and accumulate experience for corporate culture construction.

3. Scope Description: The rehearsal of this year's annual meeting is applicable to 9 registered employees of this department, including 1 external dance teacher, and the rest of the company is not included in this scope. In the past, the planning of annual meeting activities would not take such a complicated link. Generally, it is ok to follow the process, but there are often omissions or unsatisfactory results. This year, I studied project management, strictly followed all aspects of project management, and bound myself and project members according to the thinking framework of project management, and got different results.

First of all, there is a clear division of labor among colleagues in the department, and they all perform their duties within the project with a clear division of labor. Although things are complicated, they are orderly; Furthermore, by combing WBS in advance, let everyone know the effect that specific time nodes need to achieve, and avoid the problem from focusing on the final solution; Thirdly, because every person in charge has rights and constraints, he often takes the initiative to put forward suggestions for improvement, which makes great contributions to the overall effect of the program; Finally, through the whole project management system, I found that this year's organization work is more relaxed and effective than last year's experience in organizing departments to complete tasks.
