1. If the hotel booked is paid at the front desk and no credit card guarantee is provided, log in to the member account directly.

2. If the order is prepaid or provided with credit card, cash and other guarantees, just dial 1 before the latest cancellation or modification time, and the hotel reservation department will handle it.
