Regionally, Shinan District is the best, followed by Shibei District, Laoshan District and sifang district, and Licang is the worst (dirty and messy+long road+blocked roads in recent months). Chengyang is too far.

Accommodation in Qingdao is relatively expensive this season, and the standard room of budget hotel is 300 yuan. I suggest asking Ibis if there is a room. The location of that place is good and the price is good. Don't expect to stay in a three-star or four-star hotel unless you want to stay for 77 nights in 800 yuan.
