Famous local products of agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery include Qufu fragrant rice, Yutai Nong Yu No.1 rice, Jinxiang Jingu millet, Jiaxiang red garlic, white chrysanthemum, long-haired long yam, Jinxiang white garlic, Wenshang horseshoe, Luxi yellow cattle, Qingshan sheep, Jiaxiang Dapulian pig, Surabaya fur sheep, Jining Hundred-day chicken, Weishan duck and Nansihu four-nostril carp.

Famous handicrafts include Jiaxiang Jin Lu, multicolored printed cloth, Qufu carving, rubbings, Nishan inkstone, Sishui Luzhe inkstone, Zhegou earthenware, Jining Road green leather and so on.

There are more than 30 kinds of industrial brand-name products in the forefront of the same industry in China, 15 kinds won the national quality award, and 19 kinds of products were rated as Shandong famous brand products, including Lu Kang Group's antibiotic series products, Shantui brand bulldozers, Taishan brand tractors, Kongfujia wine, Kongfuyan wine, Jingui wine, Ling Hua brand monosodium glutamate, three-hole beer, nameless beer and Ruyi brand worsted wool.

Famous local dishes include mandarin fish in milk soup, soft-shelled turtle with eight treasures, shrimp chops with chrysanthemum, fish chops, primary-color shrimp, sweet and sour carp, lotus seeds with crystal sugar, braised fish, grilled scaly fish, cheese chicken and so on. Weishan Lake has spicy and hot fish, stir-fried fish fillets, cheese fish and so on. There are nearly 200 kinds of Confucian banquets with a long history, including Confucian wine, Confucian dishes and Confucian cakes. Among them, Manchu banquet provides 196 dishes, as well as birthday banquets, wedding banquets and family banquets, all of which have fixed dishes, specifications and standards. Yutang pickles have a history of more than 300 years. Its pickles, soy sauce and Jinbo wine have won the gold medal in Panama International Expo, and in recent years, they have won the titles of excellent department and excellent province. Longgang preserved eggs, Lanfangzhai cakes, Caishen Pavilion roast chicken and Jinxiang honey red knife have long been famous.
