According to City leaders have instructed us to urgently notify the following matters regarding the resumption of business operations of commercial outlets:

_1. Except for KTV, karaoke, Internet cafes, theaters and other leisure and entertainment venues, other commercial outlets will not resume operations for the time being. All can resume work and business. At the same time, fences and other enclosure facilities must be removed immediately to facilitate the passage of people and vehicles.

_2. All commercial outlets must thoroughly disinfect the business premises before resuming operations, perform daily disinfection work, and strengthen ventilation in the business premises. In principle, use as little or no air conditioning as possible. Ensure that employees who return to work are non-confirmed patients, suspected patients, fever patients, close contacts, and are in good health. At the same time, they are required to declare their personal health status, and strengthen daily temperature monitoring and health management. Once any abnormality is discovered, send them to the nearest hospital immediately. Go to the fever clinic of the hospital.

_3. Temperature monitoring points for entering personnel must be set up at the entrances of all commercial outlets that resume operations. Persons with a body temperature exceeding 37.3°C will not be allowed to enter and must be registered and advised to go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital immediately. See a doctor. Personnel entering must wear masks, and those who do not wear them will not be allowed to enter.

_4. All catering commercial outlets that have resumed business are not allowed to dine together or in groups. We encourage staggered dining and scattered dining. The distance between meals must be more than 1 meter; the distance between meals must be less than 1 meter. For the above, dine-in is not allowed and can only be ordered through delivery or takeout platforms.

The above matters will be implemented from the time the notice is issued! All localities are requested to ensure their implementation and promote the resumption of business of various commercial outlets as soon as possible.
