Can I take away the wine that I can't drink in the bar?

Usually you can't take it away, but you can store it.

Limited by the shelf life of stored wine or other factors, the storage time of different wines is different. For example, consumers can keep foreign wine for 3 months. But if the wine is red wine, it may take 1 month. Consumers must ask these things before storing wine.

Wine storage process:

1. Stored drinks should be registered. A card should be established for each beverage, indicating the name, place of origin, price tag, date, etc. These drinks should be registered.

2. Don't move the wine after it is put away. Managers in the industry don't clean up the dust outside the wine bottles, especially high-grade drinks, because this is not only to prevent the wine bottles from shaking and the sediment from rising, but also to prove the ancient and precious wine (such as Lafite).

3. Wine warehouses should not be mixed with other warehouses. Many drinks breathe strongly, and the odor can easily enter through the cork and bottle cap, so that the wine will absorb the odor and change its taste. Therefore, other additives should not be stored in wine, so as not to lose the original aroma of wine.
