Minors can't stay in hotels. Where are they going?

Minors who stay in hotels without guardians or resident identity cards can register their accommodation in the household registration book. China's relevant laws do not require minors to stay in hotels, as long as they hold legal identity documents and register truthfully. If you can't check in because of repeated rejection, you can go to the police station/public security bureau in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located to issue a certificate to check in. This process will not take more than half an hour. According to relevant laws, minors who can provide identification can stay in hotels. At this time, the hotel can't refuse. If you can't provide identification, the hotel can refuse to check in and report to the public security organ.

There are several reasons why minors can't stay in hotels now: first, hotels must register for receiving passengers; Secondly, those under the age of 18 are minors. Without the guardian's company or without the guardian's knowledge, the law stipulates that hotels may not open rooms for minors. Minors must notify their guardians and report to the local police station before they can register, which is a legal protection for minors. However, according to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, minors can stay in hotels as long as they can provide identification. At this time, the hotel can't refuse. If they can't provide identification, the hotel can refuse them to stay and report to the public security organ.
