It is hereby announced as follows:

1. It is forbidden for any individual, legal person or other organization to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the following areas.

(a) the local party and government organs at all levels, state-owned enterprises and institutions within the scope of office space.

(two) within the scope of crowded places, including:

1. Daleng Town within the jurisdiction of Daleng Street;

Rule number one. The public security organ is in charge of the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers in the whole region.

Article 2. All organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, residents' committees and villagers' committees shall carry out publicity and education on the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers, and do a good job in the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers.

Three, the following areas prohibit the discharge of fireworks:

(1) Urban areas north of Huancheng South Road, east of Huancheng West Road, north of Fenggang Road, east of Fengxiang West Road, north of Fengxiang Road, east of Gangtou North Road, north of Yinhu West Road, east of Huacheng Third Road, south of Yunxi Road and south of Huancheng North Road;

Article 4 Fireworks and firecrackers shall not be produced, transported, carried, stored or sold in areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited.

Fifth, major celebrations and public holidays need to set off fireworks and firecrackers in areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, and report to the Municipal People's Government for decision and announcement.

Article 6. Any unit or individual who violates this circular shall be punished by the public security organ in accordance with the Regulations of the State Council on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment and the Regulations of Xiamen Municipality on the Prohibition of Fireworks and Firecrackers; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
