The core of coming to Rizhao is to see the sea-Rizhao seaside scenic spot (along Bihai Road), starting from Lunan National Forest Park (the fourth bathing beach) in the north, followed by more than a dozen village-run bathing beaches and scenic spots such as Renjiatai and Wangjiazao, the third bathing beach (managed by Wangjiazao Village), Shanhaitian bathing beach (managed by Qiaojiadunzi Village Committee), Xu Ying Square (managed by North Camus Village) and bathing beach.

★ Forest Park (Four Baths)-Take the bus directly from Guanhaiju to Forest Park (northern coastal special line), 3.5 yuan/person (admission to Forest Park is free). Peak season interval 15 minutes. 40 yuan/person admission to Forest Park is the best (fourth) bathing beach in Rizhao, with flat beach, excellent water quality and fine sand! Summer vacation is a very good scenic spot. Professor Ding Zhaozhong, an American physicist and Nobel Prize winner whose ancestral home is Lanshan, Rizhao, praised the beaches here as more beautiful than Hawaii. You can play in it all day in summer. But in the season when you can't swim (April, May and early June 10), I'm a little sorry about the tickets, so it's more cost-effective to eat seafood instead, hehe!

★ Shanhaitian (Three Baths)-No.8, 10, 16 and No.33 have direct sightseeing lines to the north coast, and get off at the aquarium. Ticket price 1 yuan/person. The bathing beach is free, the beach is flat, and there are many tourists in summer, which is the best quality among the free beaches in Rizhao. Swimming is safe without reefs and undercurrents. If the water is like sand, the hostel is located in the third phase of the nearby Professor Garden (also in the tourist route of Rizhao Scenic Area, "overlooking the Professor Garden in the ecological residential area"). The aquarium in Rizhao has been demolished and rebuilt this year. Qiaojiadunzi and Wangjiazao nearby are well-known holiday fishing villages. It is only a few steps away from Guanhaiju.

★ Xu Ying Square (Taigong Island)-a new square built at the end of last year, with beautiful lights, diagonally facing Taigong Island, but it is not suitable for swimming because of many rocks. It is only a few steps away from Guanhaiju.

★ Bathing Moon Square (also called Sunshine Bath)-a new square built at the end of last year, with a good night view, a sightseeing tower (free of charge) overlooking the hundred-mile coastline, which is very suitable for couples to have an ambiguous and heart-to-heart talk, hehe. It is only a few steps away from Guanhaiju.

★ Wanpingkou Scenic Area (the second bathing beach)-Take bus No.33 from Guanhaiju, and you can go directly to the north coast sightseeing line. Ticket price 1 yuan/person. The bathing place is free, the sand is coarse, the beach is steep and the water quality is poor. It is still not recommended for children to swim here. But it is very close to the city and the port, and the land facilities are also the most complete, so it is called "the living room of Rizhao people".

★ Wanpingkou Tidal Tower-It can show the changes of tides, which is very interesting. There is a so-called naval battle hall in the tower, which is a man-made scenic spot and is really scarce (ticket 35, killing people! )。 But when you climb the tower, you can see the sky and the sea, open your mind and enjoy life!

★ Water transport base and Sun Plaza-rebuilt on the basis of the original 10,000 mu lagoon. Scale and landscape are necessary in China. You must not miss the water sports in 2009 and 10 hosting the National Games. There are no tickets, but parking fees are required for vehicles from other places 10 yuan (not in summer). The west gate of the water transport base is the famous Sun City Music Fountain Square, which is worth seeing! (Tickets 10 yuan).

★ Lighthouse Scenic Area-with novel design and outstanding night view, it is the landmark of Rizhao! It has the largest reef beach north of the Yangtze River, which is very spectacular.

★ Haiqu East Road Cross-sea Bridge-Wanpingkou at night has a pleasant scenery! The world sailing and windsurfing competition base, water transport base and lighthouse scenic spot have a panoramic view, and the colors are gorgeous! Highly recommended! No tickets, free, but you can't stay for a long time, you can only pass at a low speed and visit!

★ Zhudongtian (Jiangshuaigou) scenic spot-it has done well in recent years, not far from the old city, and the 15 road is direct, and the tickets are not expensive-20 yuan, it is said that the price will increase this year. Northern tourists who have been in Rizhao for more than three days can go there to experience the largest bamboo sea in Jiangbei!

Other scenic spots are not good and are not recommended.

As an extra reminder, try not to eat barbecue at the seaside individual stall on the east side of the coastal highway. It's getting dark, hehe. If you are afraid of being slaughtered, it is generally not a problem to go to the seaside for 3 kilometers to the west. The dining in the university town is very affordable, but it is not open during the summer vacation.
