In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic situation in COVID-19, the relevant matters concerning further strengthening the prevention and control measures of the epidemic situation are hereby notified as follows:

First, relevant public places must implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as "one meter line", "wearing a mask", "taking temperature", "checking health code, travel code", identity registration and disinfection.

Two, take public transport, enter the relevant public places, must wear masks, with health information verification, identity registration and other work.

Third, vehicles and personnel passing through the epidemic prevention and control card point must cooperate with and accept the inspection of the staff at the card point, and shall not refuse to cooperate or evade the inspection by punching in, bypassing the card, using false or fraudulent use of other people's passes.

Four, into the scope of regular nucleic acid testing personnel, must participate in the unified organization of nucleic acid testing according to the prescribed frequency, shall not participate in the testing without reason.

Twelve, any unit or individual must cooperate with the epidemiological investigation carried out by disease control, public security, community and other staff, and shall not conceal the illness, itinerary, contact personnel and other related information.

Thirteen, any unit and individual must cooperate with the disinfection work related to epidemic prevention and control.

Fourteen, any unit or individual must operate legally, and shall not maliciously hoard goods in short supply or drive up prices.

Fifteen, the implementation of closed-loop management of high-risk positions, must strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control management, and shall not be separated from closed-loop management.

Sixteen, shall not fabricate and disseminate false epidemic information or unauthorized dissemination of undisclosed personal information of citizens.

Seventeen, shall not forge or alter the negative certificate of nucleic acid testing in medical institutions, shall not use other people's health code, travel code or take other means to conceal the itinerary and trajectory.

Eighteen, the city's foreign tobacco returnees must hold a 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid detection, and report to their communities, hotels and units at the first time, take the initiative to report the itinerary, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection and isolation control in accordance with relevant requirements.

Individuals and units that violate the requirements of this notice shall be dealt with according to law in accordance with relevant regulations.

This notice shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
