When will Jingbian Tongwan Road be built?

As of April 5, 2023, construction of this road began in May 2018.

According to information on the official website of the Jingbian County Government, it is known that the estimated investment of Jingbian Tongwan Road is 20.32 million yuan. Construction began in May 2018 and is planned to be completed and open to traffic by the end of 2023. The project is about 20 kilometers in length and is constructed to first-class highway standards with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour.

The construction of this project aims to strengthen the transportation connections between Jingbian County and the outside world, improve regional transportation capabilities, and promote local economic development. At the same time, the project will also build supporting facilities such as water supply and drainage, lighting, and greening to provide more convenient travel conditions for local residents. Among them, the crosswalk at the intersection is treated with anti-skid coating, the curb is paved with marble, and the sidewalk is made of permeable ceramic bricks. It is currently the highest-standard municipal road in Jingbian County.
