Yixing Group Buying Network Refund Rules

★ Guarantee 1: The group purchase coupon has not expired and has not been refunded.

If the Yixing group purchase coupon you purchased is within the validity period and has not been consumed, please contact customer service QQ, submit the information according to the Yixing group purchase coupon refund application format (see Article 4), select the refund method and apply for a refund.

★ Guarantee 2: expired group purchase coupons are not refundable.

If the Yixing group ticket you purchased has expired, please refund it to your Yixing group account within 30 days after the expiration. There is no refund after expiration.

★ Guarantee 3: The consumer is not satisfied with the refund.

If you find that there are quality problems in the process of consumption or the merchants fail to honor their promises, please call the customer service phone of Yixing Group or contact the customer service QQ of Yixing Group immediately. Once verified, Yixing Group will immediately refund you.
