2. Reduce vehicle flow. Except for ambulances, fire trucks, material support vehicles, and emergency response vehicles that ensure the operation of the city, no other vehicles are allowed on the road. Vehicles that really need to go out due to medical emergencies and other emergencies will be released in a timely manner.

3. Suspension of opening of places. Except for farmers' markets, supermarkets, logistics and distribution centers, pharmacies, medical institutions and other places, all other commercial places will suspend offline operations. Major projects will implement closed-loop construction, and key industrial enterprises will implement closed-loop production.

4. Strictly scan the QR code for inspection. To enter farmers' markets, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical institutions, you need to have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, wear a mask as required, scan the "place code", check the Chongqing Health Code, and check the itinerary card as required. People with red codes, yellow codes, pop-up windows, and people with a history of traveling to key areas in the past 7 days are not allowed to enter the above places.

5. Strengthen market supply guarantee.
