Terms of Service of Sofitel Nanjing Galaxy Hotel

1. The room rate includes hotel service fees, but does not include other hotel fees, taxes and additional fees requested by guests.

2. Hotel rooms are generally reserved until 6:00 pm on the day of reservation, and may be reserved until 5:00 pm on holidays;

3. Usually the hotel check-in time is 14:00: 00, check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you check in early or check out late, you will be charged a certain fee.

4. If the guest arrives late for other reasons, please call directly to reserve the room after the reservation is successful. During special periods such as exhibitions, you need to provide a credit card guarantee or pay the room fee in advance.
