The general election of the Party branch in Xiapu County was held in all general party membership meeting.

On the afternoon of July 26th, 2019,21year, general party membership meeting, the general branch committee of Xiapu County, Shanghai, was held in the meeting room of Hilton Peng Huan, Jiading District, Shanghai. More than 70 people, including party member of Xiapu County, representatives of entrepreneurs of the Chamber of Commerce and rural guests, attended the meeting and activities. Yu Hongguang, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ningde City, Cai Daoyin, Xie Jiwen and Zheng Jianbin, deputy secretaries, and Yang Yundong, director of the Party Committee Office of Xiapu County Business System, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zheng Jianbin, member of the Party General Branch of Xiapu County and president of the Shanghai Chamber of Commerce in Xiapu County.

At the meeting, all party member reviewed and approved the work report made by Wang Ripeng, secretary of the Shanghai Xiapu County Party General Branch, on behalf of the previous Party General Branch, and held elections according to the prescribed procedures, resulting in the new Shanghai Xiapu County Party General Branch Committee. Minister Yu Hongguang made an important speech at the meeting. Yang Yundong delivered a speech on behalf of the Party Committee of Xiapu County Business System. They fully affirmed the achievements made by Shanghai Party organizations in party building in recent years, and hoped that the new General Party Branch would make persistent efforts, strengthen its own construction, study hard, carry out educational activities on the theme of "Do not forget your initiative mind, keep in mind its mission", serve corporate folks, lead the innovative development of Shanghai folks and party member, and make contributions to the economic and social development of the two places.
