1. From August 20 to September 6, 2016, some areas, including most of the West Lake Scenic Area, will be subject to closed management.

From 0:00 on August 20 to 24:00 on August 31, those who live and work in the closed management area can enter with their resident ID cards, and other personnel can enter with their resident ID cards after security inspection. . Except for motor vehicles holding G20 summit passes and passing signs that have undergone safety inspections, and non-motorized vehicles with passing signs that are carried by people living and working in closed management areas, other vehicles (including non-motorized vehicles and motor vehicles) are prohibited. 2. 3. In order to facilitate the life, work and travel of residents and tourists, the following service measures will be implemented in the closed management area during the closed management period:
