How does Ctrip directly transfer to labor?

The platform can be directly transferred to labor by phone or app.

1. Use Ctrip's telephone service: turn on the mobile phone function, enter it in the dial and dial 950 10. According to the voice prompt, select the corresponding service option. For example, press 1 for hotel reservation and press 2 for domestic air ticket reservation. After completing the voice prompt, press # to go to the manual service.

2. Use Ctrip Travel Software: First, open Ctrip Travel app, go to the home page and click "My", then click "All Orders" to find the order that needs to be connected with manual service, click "Ask Ctrip" function, fill in "Manual" in the input box, click "Call Manual Butler" function to contact Ctrip manual customer service.
