3. The "Xifu Cuisine" next to the provincial government in Xincheng Square, the rolled dough, vinegar powder and pepper are said to be delicious, right next to our hotel, and now it is closed for decoration!

4. Xue Jia Liangpi of Qin Zhen Bridge, there is a long-distance bus to Huxian at Chengnan Bus Terminal, and get off at Qin Zhen Bridge in 40 minutes. Unless it is a top-class foodie, few people will toss it so far to eat.

5. Never eat dumplings, Lao Sun's house, Xi 'an Hotel, etc! !

Snacks: The first bowl in Shaanxi is ok, but there is a more magical one on the street opposite Liu. . .

Preserved beef and mutton: There is a "Sun Qinghai beef and mutton" in the middle of Dapiyuan. . My family basically buys it there. . .

Fried rice with red sauerkraut: 10 years ago, it was a roadside stall, and the boss personally went into battle. It's delicious. . Now . Hey. . .

Eight-treasure porridge: Jia San's eight-treasure porridge is very common. . What is delicious is the "Xiaojia dessert" diagonally behind the Musa casserole in Dapiyuan. . . Delicious. . .

Mutton bubble: Many people know this. It is best to go to Laomi's house in Xiyang City in the morning. If you go late, there will be nothing. I recommend his oil-soaked radish, which is delicious! Those who like snacks will go to the first bowl in Shaanxi next to them. Many Shaanxi native stars in these two families also like to go, and they have to wait in line for seats when playing cards, hehe.

Steamed meat: either Dapiyuan or Xiyang City will do, and it's not much different.

Fried dumpling: It's made of glutinous rice and candied dates. It is delicious. The most famous one is the one in the west exit of Xiyang city, which is known as "best-selling in Southeast Asia". Very famous Don't pick the top layer of each pot when you buy it. Not very delicious.

Soup-filled buns: There is no doubt about Jia San's, but if you want to eat at the old shop in Xiyang City, the environment may not be as good as the new shop in Gulou, but the buns are more authentic and taste much better than those in Gulou.

Marukou stew: You can try Qiaozikou and Xicheng, but I'm afraid I'm not used to the butter taste inside.

Small crispy meat, braised chicken: everything in Qiaozikou is good, and it is ok to order small crispy meat in the big leather yard, but it is a bit greasy for foreigners to eat.

Barbecue: This varies from person to person, because everyone has different tastes. As long as it's not from Dapiyuan or Gulou, it probably won't taste bad. You can tell the stall owner your preferences and tastes.

Mala Tang: the "old back room" of Dapiyuan, with delicious dip and plenty of fresh dishes.

Dried beef and sheep: I really don't understand why Liu's business in Xiyang City is so good today. Speaking of holidays, there are several queues. A few years ago, his meat was classic, but after years of fame, it became a big brand, and the key meat was not very delicious. I recommend Sun Jiahe Armor in Dapi Garden. They are all from Joy Niu.
