Although I know that many hotels use this method and I have been eating it for a long time, I really can't eat it at home. So today I will share this method to try this method, and try to make mushrooms, but they are crisp.
[Fried Mushrooms]
Required materials: Pleurotus ostreatus, starch, flour, soft-shelled turtle, eggs, salt and pepper.
First, we prepare a flat mushroom, then choose it to enter a small flower, and then wash it underwater. Next, we boil a pot of water and put the Pleurotus ostreatus into the water. 1 or 2 minutes later.
2. After taking it out, cool the water, then wipe it by hand, and then put it in a cool place. This will blow more clearly and the oil will not be easy.
3. Next, we mix explosives, prepare 60g starch, 30g flour, add proper amount of salt and pepper, and finally add egg yolk.
4. Then we add a proper amount of water inside, stir and bathe. Pick the batter with chopsticks and hang it on a line. Please note that the amount of starch and flour in our batter is 2: 1. We don't want to beat the whole egg, as long as the yolk is enough and crisp.
5. Hang noisy mushrooms together in the batter, and then we prepare mushrooms. In the pot, when the oil temperature is 6 or 7, the mushrooms come out, shake the extra batter, then put it in the pot and start frying. Delete it after frying, then you need to sit once, and you can get it after it is golden.
Preventive measures:
1, stir-fry mushrooms, wash them and add water. We need to cut the water dry to make it clearer.
2. When modulating the motor, starch powder is used, and the ratio of the two is controlled at 2: 1. When you make an egg, you only need the yolk, because the protein is blown soft.
