Adjustment of project design scheme: the original general plan covers an area of 14326.26 square meters, and the above-ground construction area is 35745 square meters. The land area of Super 8 Hotel and Fenghuang Jiayuan Garage within the land area is adjusted to the southeast of the project. The adjusted land area and building area are consistent with the original plan, while the technical indicators such as plot ratio, building density, green space rate and floor height remain unchanged. The original planning scheme is divided into two phases (phase I and phase II), and the technical indicators of the original phase I remain unchanged. It is now adjusted from the original phase II to the second phase (the western part of the original phase II) and the third phase (the eastern part of the original phase II) (see the public map for detailed comprehensive economic and technical indicators).
