The method of canceling automatic renewal of software membership is as follows:

1. Open the Zhixing application, enter the personal center page, and then find the member center.

2. In the membership page, you can see your membership status and expiration time.

3. If the automatic renewal function is enabled, you can find the option of "Cancel automatic renewal" on this page, and click Finish to cancel the operation.

4. After canceling the automatic renewal, the validity period of the user member will not be affected, and it will still be calculated according to the original time.
