I. Application conditions

(2) Chongqing residents with permanent residence outside the above-mentioned 17 area can only participate in tour groups to Hong Kong or Macao organized by travel agencies designated by the National Tourism Administration, and apply for group travel endorsements.

(4) The exit-entry administration department of Chongqing public security organ issues an endorsement every three months, twice a year, and stays in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than 7 days.

Two. Application procedure (the following copy is A4 specification)

(1) Receive and fill in the Application Form for Mainland Residents' Travel Permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao.

(2) Submit the applicant's recent 2-inch bareheaded plane color photos, with a dark collar coat on a white background. The photo size is 48X33mm, the head width is 2 1-24mm, and the head length is 28-33mm.

(3) Submit the original household registration book and ID card (if the applicant is under the age of 16, submit the original household registration book and the legal guardian's household registration book and ID card) and submit a copy.

(four) soldiers and armed police stationed in Chongqing who apply for going to Hong Kong and Macao shall submit their identity certificates and photocopies, and submit the original approval documents for going to Hong Kong and Macao issued by their units for each application.

Three. Principal-agent conditions and application procedures
