Responsibility and distribution
1. 4. Floor attendants have the obligation and responsibility to supervise their work according to the relevant requirements of the hotel, and are not allowed to mop or pile cloth in the elevator entrance and guest room corridor.
Send and receive clean linen
1. The room attendant shall collect the corresponding amount of clean linen from the general linen room or the washing company on the basis of the linen delivery note and iou confirmed by the washing company that day (including the washing company and the general linen room); If the general linen room or washing company can't supply enough linen, it should ask the general linen room or washing company to issue an iou and put it in the floor linen washing handover form?
