Usage of electric pressure cooker

Reference method for use of electric pressure cooker:

1. Wipe the pressure cooker from the inside out, take out the inner container of the cooker, put the food to be cooked into the cooker, add a proper amount of water, no more or less, and mark it with scales.

2. Next, wipe the liner clean, put it into the pot, and rotate it left and right to make the liner fully contact with the bottom plate. Then cover the lid, hold the handle of the lid tightly with your hands, and tighten the lid counterclockwise. In addition, adjust the upper exhaust valve to a sealed state, and check whether the valve is stable.

3. After completing this operation, plug in the power supply and see the indicator light flashing, indicating that the power supply has been turned on. Next, adjust the cooking mode on the control panel, such as cooking ribs or mutton and beef. The cooking time will be determined according to different ingredients.

4. After setting, just press the start button and the electric pressure cooker will start running. When the time is up, the cooking process is finished.

Matters needing attention in using electric pressure cooker:

Before using the electric pressure cooker, please be sure to read the instruction manual of the pressure cooker. Be sure to follow the instructions to avoid personal injury caused by misoperation. Before each use, carefully check whether the exhaust hole is clear and whether the hole under the valve seat of the safety valve is blocked by residual rice grains or other food residues.

If you are blocked by food during use, you should unplug the power supply first, and then use the electric pressure cooker again after the pot is cooled and the air holes are cleaned to avoid explosion. Also check whether the rubber gasket is aging. Aging aprons are easy to make the pressure cooker leak and need to be updated in time.
