Attachment: Stone archway in Longchang, Sichuan (Nanguan)

The weather was fine yesterday, so I left and drove on the newly built Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway. The "speed green" recommended by Gao De is really rare, and the unilateral four-lane is suitable for "crazy running". Once again, praise the highway construction in Sichuan for the nth time! However, after passing Ziyang (airport section), it still leads to Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway (Chengdu-Chongqing section), and two lanes on one side are only suitable for "trotting".

Once, because I admired passing by the Dragon Field to see the stone archway, I couldn't find it. I went to genting village. Attachment: Eastbound Sichuan 5: Yunding Village, Longchang, Jie Fangbei, Chongqing (see the second half); The second time I made a special trip to visit the Shipai Building in Nanguan, but I didn't find the North Pass. The third time I really made a special trip to Beiguan. Before the car stopped, I was shocked by the momentum of Beiguan!

Two mighty lions stood in front of the gate; Beiguan Tower is tall and majestic; The walls are tall and magnificent; Tian Yun Lu stood in the air, echoing from left to right.

Longchang was known as "the county of post roads, the city of bluestone and the hometown of stone archways" in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. As early as the Qin and Han Dynasties, Longchang was an important transportation hub, connecting Jingxiang in the east, Qinlong in the north, Yunnan Sea in the south, Ma Xu in the west, Anyue Rongcheng in the northeast, Liya and Qiangbo in the southwest, where people and logistics passed and gathered.

Longchang stone archway is located in Longchang City, Sichuan Province. The types of archways are: virtue, merit, porcelain inlay, centenarian, dutiful son, filial piety, festival and mountain gate. The scale of Longchang stone archway is unique in China, with exquisite construction technology, dignified shape and well-preserved, which is rare in China. Longchang has 17 archways, 7 in Nanguan, 6 in Beiguan and 4 in villages and towns. In June, 20001year, Longchang stone archway was approved by the State Council to be included in the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.

Beiguan is free to enter. I heard from the people inside that the North Pass is being repaired. You can visit for free (under normal circumstances, you can get tickets to 45 yuan). Indeed, in front of the inclined ladder of Shangguan Building, there stood "No visit is allowed under construction", which was blocked by a simple wooden fence. However, I am unwilling not to go up and have a look. So I quietly boarded the Guanlou, had a good time from all angles, and even boarded it twice. Regret for the last time that there is no sunshine.

The red door is open and the building is picturesque. A few steps forward, you can see the whole building complex, one integrated mass, sitting in the dragon field, "a treasure of things, outstanding people."

In front of Longchang No.2 Middle School, there is the memorial arch of the Jade Palace Gate. In the bright room of the archway, there are four characters, "Shu Chu Cheng Ling", which were inscribed by Fan Taiheng, a famous calligrapher in the Qing Dynasty and the first of the "Three Heroes of Longchang". It means that Sichuan (Shu) and Huguang (Chu) unite and inherit the will of their ancestors.

There are "three wonders" in the square: first, the careful room downstairs on the top of the signboard is the "Kowloon plaque", which is the highest in Longchang archway and extremely rare in the national stone archway. Erjue is the writing format of the words "Shu Chu Cheng Ling" on the Ming Dynasty plaque, which is opposite to the traditional format of "from right to left, with the year number left below". This is unique among the stone archways in China. Sanqi is the figure in the story of "Three Kingdoms vs. Lyu3 bu4" engraved on the left side of the workshop. There is no Guan Yunchang who dances with five strands of long hair, only Liu Bei who dances with double swords and Zhang Fei who dances with eight snake spears and fights with Lyu3 bu4 who holds Tian Fangji.

Tian Yun Building Tian Yun Building has a total of 1 1 floors, including 3 floors underground and 8 floors above ground. Tian Yun Mansion is hexagonal. It was built for an antique pyramid-shaped roof. It is said that there is a bronze inscription clock on the top floor of Tian Yun Building, and a series of religious and cultural contents and phantom images of the largest iron meteorite in Sichuan are displayed on the wall. It's closed now.

Even if you only climb the bottom three floors of Junteng Building, you can get a glimpse of the spectacular city scenery on both sides of Beiguan Building and Longchang Central Line Straight Road.

It's a bit like a building in the style of Hanque Chengguan-

It is reported that Beiguan Shipaifang Ancient Post Road Scenic Area covers an area of 135 mu, and there are six archways: Guo Square, Yumenggong Shanmen Square, Niudezheng Square, Xiaozi General Square, Liuguangdi Dezheng Square and Dezheng Square. According to the functional layout of "four districts and one street" (namely, west entrance area, memorial archway post road cultural area, inn cultural area, folk culture area and antique commercial street), Beiguan is a historical and cultural tourist area with complete functions.

Looking at its introduction, we especially admire Niu, a magistrate of a county. Unfortunately, his old residence is being repaired and not open.

Niu's official residence was arranged in the form of the original county government. Among them, there is also a charity. Niu was a famous honest official in the middle and late Qing Dynasty, and he was from Pingxiang, Gansu. In the 23rd year of Qing Daoguang (1843), Niu Shumei was admitted as a scholar, and the following year, he was appointed as the magistrate of Longchang County, Sichuan Province. It was the beginning of spring when he arrived. He personally led the county's civil and military officials to plow the fields in the southern suburbs of the county, inspiring the people to work hard in spring. This place is called "Chunniuping".

Niu initiated the establishment of a civil society "Compassion Society" managed by the government to help widows. According to the examination, this is the second "sympathy meeting" in China and the first in Sichuan since Jiaqing 10 (1805) in Qing Dynasty. Shortly after taking office, he won the support of the people for his outstanding achievements in reducing prison service, persuading farmers and mulberry, promoting education, being kind to the people, abstaining from drinking, restraining petty officials, banning rape and clearing prison proceedings.

In the twenty-fifth year of Daoguang (1845), the court decreed that he should be promoted as a provincial judge in Sichuan. Zeng Cundian, his successor, joined the squire of Longchang in the "People's Fold" and invited the "Moral Square" in Niu Jian. From the 25th year of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty to Guangxu 13 (1887) in Qing Dynasty, during the forty-two years of the Four Emperors, Longchang County successively built five workshops for Niu, Liu Guangdi, Li Jishou, Xiao Qing and Jue Luoguohuan.

These stone archways were built in the 49 years from Daoguang 18 (1838) to Guangxu 13 (1887) in the Qing Dynasty, and experienced four historical dynasties: Daoguang, Xianfeng, Tongzhi and Guangxu. The architectural pattern of Longchang stone archway is mostly four columns, three doors, three eaves, five drops of water and three bays.

Liu Guangdi's Dezhengfang is located in Guanping, Guandao Road, north of Longchang County. It is the fifth stone archway in Longchang County from north to south. It was built in the 26th year of Qing Daoguang (1846). The shape, height and width of the archway are the same as those of Niu Shumei's Dezheng Square, and the five dragons "Dezheng" vertical plaque is embedded under the eaves of the Ming-style top floor in the north and south. On the plaque on the front and back of the memorial archway in the Ming Dynasty, there are eight characters of "benevolent politics" and "good politics", which is the concentrated embodiment of Liu Guangdi's "moral politics".

Su Qing Dezheng Square is located in Guanping, an official road in the north of Longchang County. It is the sixth stone archway in the north and south of Longchang County, ranking fourth in the Lingde Zhengfang of five counties, and was built in Xianfeng of Qing Dynasty for six years (1856). The archway is 7.7 meters high and 6.7 meters wide. It is a four-column, three-eave and five-hanging imitation wood and bluestone structure, and there is a five-dragon "Dezheng" vertical plaque embedded under the eaves of the Ming-style top floor in the north and south. On the plaques in the Ming Dynasty on the north and south sides of the archway, eight characters, namely, "politics to support the people" and "Huizi poverty", are engraved to praise Su Qing's good governance.

The stone carving archway of "dutiful son general square" is located in Guanping, Guandao, north of Longchang County, across the Bashu ancient post road. There are five filial sons in Longchang County on the archway, namely Chen Xiandian, Zhu Zuoyao, Hua and Yan Shaojing. On the front of the memorial archway is a plaque inscribed by Li Xing, president of the Imperial Academy, who once made a toast to imperial academy. On the back, there is a plaque inscribed by Fan of the Hanlin Academy, which describes the deeds of five dutiful sons in detail.
