This major is the undergraduate level of higher education. Its overall level is consistent with the requirements of similar majors in full-time colleges and universities. 1. Hotel Service Practice (course code: 04936) is a non-written course. Candidates can take any one of nine certificates issued by the National Tourism Administration, such as general manager's certificate, customer service manager's certificate, catering manager's certificate, public relations sales manager's certificate, human resources manager's certificate, financial manager's certificate, engineering manager's certificate, purchasing manager's certificate and general manager's office director's certificate.
2. Candidates are not required to take foreign language courses, but are required to take two courses, "China Food Culture" and "Catering Aesthetics", to supplement foreign language credits. Those who have not taken the foreign language exam cannot apply for a degree.
Fourth, the examination method
1. The courses listed in this major are divided into written and non-written tests.
